SISTEMA DE ARCHIVO

  ARCHIVO POR ASUNTO: Es aquel en el cual los títulos de las carpetas están constituidos por asuntos,      temas,  materias, proyectos, productos, servicios o actividades en forma alfabética, de acuerdo al rotulo que se consigno el  documento, o el que aparece en el (el asunto está ubicado entre el destinatario y el vocativo)

   ARCHIVO ALFABÉTICO: Es cuando los títulos de las carpetas son nombres de personas, instituciones o             casas  comerciales, también están ordenadas en forma alfabética.

  Este sistema  es  muy común en las pequeñas empresas, los documentos se archivan alfabéticamente y nos limita al uso de las 4 primeras reglas de archivo, dificultándose debido a que toda empresa tiende con el tiempo a crecer e   incrementa  su documentación, por lo que necesitar el uso del resto de las reglas de archivo y por supuesto un cambio de sistema.

 Una ventaja que encontramos  dentro de este mismo   es que podemos utilizar otros sistemas como por ejemplo

1.       El sistema de archivo por asunto también lo podemos clasificar alfabéticamente.

2.       También el Sistema de archivo geográfico lo clasificamos alfabéticamente, pero aquí podemos agregaremos el uso de las reglas N°  13,16, 17, y  19.
